A special note for owners of older homes built prior to 1990: to protect all individuals involved during the renovation process, and in compliance with WorkSafe rules and regulations, we will only proceed with a renovation project after written asbestos testing results, and obtaining asbestos abatement by asbestos abatement contractors, if necessary, as required by law.

Once the detailed contract is signed, it governs the work. The project begins as scheduled, and any changes you make or extra work to be done is as simple as both parties signing a change to the contract. The design/build process gives you complete control over the costs of your renovation from the beginning.
